Ray Rose Removals were fantastic from coming to the house to do a quote to the end of the of the day of removal. Absolutely fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble and the boys did everything they could to make sure the day was as stress free as possible. If you want a professional removal team these are the people to call. We used Ray Rose Removals to move flats a couple of weeks ago and we were very happy with their service. They were the only movers we found that would come out to the flat so quickly before giving us a quote, so we didn’t have to worry about any surprise costs. They were incredibly efficient, even with a tricky tight staircase. We were also very worried about a large glass tank we use for our hamsters cage but it was in really safe hands - we would recommend!
Ray Rose Removals were absolutely fantastic! Prompt, professional, friendly, caring and thorough! They moved my elderly parents from the house they had lived in for over 40 years. Mark took the time to sit down with them, explaining all the options and really made them feel at ease, that they weren't just another removal job, they felt like the company actually cared. When Mark called me to go through everything, i could see exactly why my parents had decided to go with them. Even though we paid for packaging my parents still wanted to do some bits and Ray Rose were more than happy to drop off packing materials. Three of the team came round prior to the moving day to pack for my parents and they were so considerate to both my parents, my sisters and their belongings. Super friendly and helpful.On the day of the removal, five of the team came and they were there bang on time, they worked so hard and again they were so kind and considerate, they kept in touch by text whilst we were waiting for the keys and then worked super hard to get everything into the new house.I can't thank the whole team enough. Ray Rose Removals were excellent! They took very good care of our furniture and didn’t stop from the moment they arrived in the morning till everything was delivered at our new home. They were friendly and very helpful. They provide boxes & packing tape included in the cost which is super handy. They even installed my washing machine & slimline dishwasher as a courtesy. We’d been having such a hard time since losing my mother 2,5 months prior to the move. As if moving isn’t stressful enough. Ray Rose Removals took the pressure off and we knew we were in good hands. We rate them 5 stars and if you are stuck on who to go with, just trust me and go with them. You will not be disappointed.

First of all, Dan came round to give us a quote and he filled us with confidence that they knew what they were doing and would look after us and our belongings on the day. When our moving day arrived the team arrived promptly on time and led by Tate, worked efficiently to load up the vans, take apart furniture and package it all safely for transport. Tate is an absolute superstar and we have no doubt that everything went so smoothly and stress free because of him. Any problem, big or small was met with enthusiasm and an attitude that they would get the job done. When we arrived at our new house, the previous owner had unexpectedly left a pair of wardrobes and rather than expecting us to sort it out, Tate immediately offered to take them apart and remove them before reassembling our wardrobes. No stress, no dramas! Thank you to the whole team.If we were to move again then we would definitely be booking Ray Rose Removals.
